Incoming and Outgoing Mail

Finally, I have received some cards and I am able to write another post about my incoming and outgoing mail.

First, a wonderful letter from my pen pal Heidi ( Finland ). I've always wanted these unusual Finnish stamps and it's great that Heidi used them for my letter. I am madly in love with them. What do you think?

Next, an official postcorssing card from a user in USA with lovely small stamps on the back.

Another postcrossing card from a user in USA which shows California State Capital Building and I think this is my first State capital card.

Now, I'd like to show some of my outgoing mail. Firstly, These are the four art cards for Postcard with a painting swap(Swap-bot) :

The Fairy postcard for the swap with same name, Olympic card for Maxi Card swap and the other card for a user in postcrossing:

I have been sending lots of cards and letters but didn't take photos of them and so, I couldn't show them here. Fortunately, I took this picture of the mail sent quite a long time back to Angie .

What have you been sending to your pals? It's a great fun to send out mail to your dear ones and strangers as well. Isn't it?

  1. Great mail! I was just wondering where you buy postcards from in India :) I live in Mumbai, but I am really clueless where to buy good postcards from :S

    1. I am glad you liked them.I bought those art postcards from a bookstore which is actually a book "pocket art series".There are different books in this series and the above cards from- The art of A.R.Ramachandran. They are available in flipkart as well.
There are postcard books from wilco (available in www.flipkart.com) which are quite good and the flower fairy cards are also from the same website but they are costly. I think Mumbai bookstores might have pocket art series. Chumbak postcards are also good.
