Lovely Christmas cards!! :D Here in Japan, Chritmas isn't a holiday, so like this year when both Christmas Even and Christmas fall on the weekdays, people tend to celebrate Chritmas on December 23rd which is our public holiday for our Emperor's birthday. Yeah, it's nothing about Chrstmas, but I think some people prefer celebrating it when it's a holiday rather than on a weekday after work. My husband and I celebrated it on Dec. 23rd this year because I wasn't happy about making nice Christmas dishes after work. It was alright. The Christmas spirit was there still. :D
ReplyDeleteWell, I didn't knew that Christmas wasn't a holiday in Japan. I completely agree with you and in fact, I believe that the dates for festival doesn't matter. Any day is a festival as long as you are happy and celebrating it with loved ones with high spirits.....Thank you and Happy New Year in advance..
DeleteThose are very nice Christmas cards!
